Returns

Custom-fabricated products are made to order and cannot be returned unless defective or not conforming to agreed specifications.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 30 days of confirmed defect or non-conformance. Shipping costs for returns of non-conforming products are covered by Dengtai.

Damaged Goods

Inspect shipments upon arrival. Report any transit damage within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange replacement or repair.
