Roof access ladders should be reviewed as a route, not just as a ladder body. Buyers should look at parapet transition, exit grip, roof landing, wall fixing, and weather exposure as one package.
For Malaysia projects, rain exposure and maintenance frequency are especially important. A compact ladder may still need additional top-side support or safer transition details if people use it regularly.
The most effective RFQ includes photos of the wall or roof edge, target height, parapet dimensions, and any preferred material or finish.
