Parapet Markup Checklist

A rooftop-specific worksheet for roof access ladders and parapet ladders before the first engineering review starts.

Mark these roof-edge inputs

• Parapet height band, coping detail and wall thickness.
• Wall substrate such as concrete, blockwork, steel frame or cladding-over-structure.
• Roof-edge transition, hatch curb, guardrail return or exit-handle need.
• Weather exposure including rooftop-only, coastal or wash-down conditions.

Useful first attachments

• One wall photo or marked-up roof sketch.
• Approximate climb height from service floor to roof level.
• Base material and surface-finish preference if already known.
